Expleo are recruiting for an Administration Assistant on an on-going contract basis, to support our innovative and dynamic customer, based in Bedfordshire, who are positioned to become the most desirable Asian automotive brand in Europe. Expleo are keen to speak to individuals with an administration background.
Responsibilities for the Administration Assistant position will include:
– Proactive diary management
– Organising meetings and conference calls, including room booking, refreshments and equipment management
– Supporting Travel budget management, reporting and submission
– Management of Purchase requisitions
– General administration support, including collating monthly reports and preparing presentations
– Supporting off site events including conferences and training
– Maintaining the electronic filing system
– Supporting with hospitality for on-site visitors
You will have an administration background, with experience of working in a busy office environment; you will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, TEAMS and V/C facilities. You will hold a professional attitude, and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Ideally you will have a Business Administration qualification.
